The Preparatory Department recognises that, from time-to-time, pupils will require to consume medicine during the school day.
Should this be the case parents are expected to complete the following consent form and bring it to the attention of the Head of Preparatory or School Nurse through their child’s teacher for approval. Unfortunately medicine cannot be given unless we are in receipt of such form and it has been approved. Parental support in this regard is much appreciated.
